I dreamt of you last night. I was walking in the store, and you yelled my name. I stopped and turned around. You smiled. I stood emotionless. You tried to explain yourself, but I ran to you and hugged you. I started crying. You kissed my head and said "I'm so sorry!" I just held on tight and said "none of that matters!" I don't remember all we did in that dream, but I do remember you told me you loved me. and for a moment... honestly, I could have cared less about anything else. For a moment I thought that dreams might just really come true.

As the tide rolls in, it consumes my body. I take a deep breath and prepare myself. For I will be caught in the undertoe. My being tossed as if it's nothing more than air. I'm crying, but the currents laugh. I'm screaming as rock after rock.... smashes into me. The currents keep tossing me, side to side, as if to taunt.... "We have you now, You can not escape." One final blow to the head. I'm bleeding. All I can see is red waters. As my eyes drift closed, I pray. "Jesus, please forgive me.... I gave up."
